Regional Sales Performance Manager - Avis Budget Group - Sweden

Do you have management experience within retail or hospitality? Are you a strong people manager with excellent coaching skills? If so, then this role could be for you!

As a Sales Performance Manager within Avis Budget Group (ABG), life is busy. You will instrumental to the success of our counter sales initiative and will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and revenue growth strategies at our retail counters. You will also be an effective trainer and coach, capable of implementing our counter sales goals to the wider teams.

In this role, you will be partnering with local and area leadership to deliver strategies focused on revenue growth in support of our business objectives and will be offering in store training to employees on ABG processes.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills as a trainer, mentor and coach through developing local managers and Rental Sales Agents throughout Sweden.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Performance Manager

* Acting as an internal expert, partnering with Operational Leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness and customer service behaviours for the customer's positive rental experience
* Consulting, training, mentoring and coaching local managers and associates in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness
* Demonstrating full understanding of effective customer service and sales concepts
* Assessing and analysing business needs and recommending training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
* Identifying and analysing areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitoring locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.1
* Analysing the location's performance and understanding of goal setting
* Coordinating communication related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes.
* Leading and participating in various meetings and conference calls with a wide range of participants.

What we are looking for individuals who:

* Retail management experience working within a sales environment
* An effective people manager, with strong ability to train, mentor and influence stakeholders
* An engaging coach who understands how to get the best out of people
* Have experience of demonstrating managerial courage
* Organised, self-disciplined and flexible on time and where they travel during the week
* Are able to work at pace and enjoy leading change
* Are able to deliver training material in a classroom environment in an engaging and informative way
* Have a full drivers licence with 12 months' experience
