Resurs is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead Nordic Outbound Sales

We work proactively with loans, cards, insurance and deposits across the Nordic markets. Performance matters. Volume matters. Quality matters. And leadershipmatters even more.
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will lead a Swedish sales team while being part of a Nordic sales leadership group driving this journey forward. This is not a maintenance role. It is a performance leadership role in an environment where standards are being raised.

Get an idea of the role
As a Sales Performance Manager at Resurs, you are responsible for:
• Leading and developing a team of outbound sales representatives * Driving performance across core KPIs including volume, hitrate, pricing, cross-sell and quality * Coaching behavioural excellence, not just numerical outcomes * Translating targets into clear daily expectations and structured follow-up * Building a culture where accountability and enthusiasm coexist * Contributing actively to the Nordic sales leadership team

Within 6-12 months:
• Your team consistently delivers on volume and cross-sell targets * Behavioural coaching is visible in daily performance routines * Performance gaps are addressed early and constructively * High performers are challenged and retained * Your team reflects the ambition of becoming the leading outbound sales unit in the Nordics
