hela Sverige Poolia is recruiting a proactive and sales oriented Product Manager Safety Eyewear for the Nordic region to Carl Zeiss Vision in Malmö.
The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within three months.

Job description
You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.
You will have an important role in the development and expansion of the operations in the Nordic region. You will be part of the Nordic headquarter in Malmö.
The Product Manager Safety Eyewear will:
• Act as the internal owner of the Carl Zeiss Ophthalmic Safety Eyewear business
• Act as the representative and active part of external facing team for Ophthalmic Safety Eyewear in the assigned markets
• Act as key account manager for chains and buying groups with significant safety eye wear potential
• Actively seek customer contact (at key account and shop level) to gather market input and identify future business opportunities
• Develop dedicated initiatives to acquire new customers and to increase business within existing customers, with a focus on partnership models: grow by growing the customers' business
• Educate customers (at key account and shop level) as well as internal team (customer care, sales representatives, etc.)
• In alignment with the commercial managers : steer, coach and support sales team to ensure effective resource usage
• Identify, prioritize, implement and monitor activities to achieve sustainable business growth
• Maintain and implement strategy plus actively manage safety eyewear portfolio
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Maintain knowledge on products, instruments and industry trends
You will internally work closely to Sales, Marketing, Controlling and Customer Service to achieve highest customer satisfaction levels and business progress.
You will report directly to the General Manager Nordics.
The position requires on an annual basis approximately 50-60 overnight stays.
Qualifications
You probably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from College or University, preferably with a major in business analysis, marketing and/or sales.
We believe you have at least 3-5 years of experience from a relevant role, probably as management consultant, product manager, account manager or key account manager. You have a proven track record of achievements. It is essential that you have experience and understanding of developing sales and indirect sales in a B2B environment.
If you have previous experience from the safety equipment industry, it would be valuable for the position.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is a prerequisite for the position.
You have very good interpersonal communication and presentation skills. You are able to adapt behavior to circumstances and able to convince business partners based on individual analysis of needs. The position also requires very good skills in account analysis, business planning and customer development activities and good understanding of pricing and portfolio mix management.
In order to be successful in the position we believe you are analytical, structured, business oriented and goal-oriented with an international mindset. It is also important that you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality. You are proactive, a team player and able to work self-reliably.
