Working as a Sales Order Manager at Fingerprints is a great opportunity where you will be part of an exciting journey in an international, fast moving, high-tech environment.
About the role:
In this role, you will work with a variety of tasks within the field of order management, such as:
• Handling our complete customer order process through our ERP-system, Navision.
• Working with order processing, shipping and sales documentation.
• Invoice processing and credit note documentation.
• Generation of sales reports
• Communication with internal/external customers in the context of order and delivery management.
• Providing excellent verbal and written service to our global customers.
Your background
We believe you have a few (2-5) years of experience working within sales order management, preferably with a background from the electronics industry. You are an experienced user of ERP tools and know how to make the most of the system. Previous experience from Navision is a plus. Our everyday language is English, and as we work with international customers, excellent skills in both written and verbal English is a must to be successful in this role. If you have knowledge in other languages than Swedish and English, this can be regarded as an advantage. We think you are a results-oriented person who always strive for high quality and have the ability to identify and drive improvements within the team.
