Fingerprint Cards AB (FPC) is a Swedish biometric company with headquarters in Gothenburg that markets, develops and produces biometric components and technologies that through the analysis and matching of an individual's unique fingerprint verify the person's identity. The technology consists of biometric sensors, processors, algorithms and modules. FPC employs 170 dedicated people at offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Copenhagen, Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Taipei and Silicon Valley. FPC shares are noted on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

Work Description
We are looking for a Sales Order Manager to handle and administer a growing number of customer and orders at Fingerprint Cards.
Your main responsibilities include handling all customer order registration, processing, shipping and sales documentation. This is done through our ERP-system Navision and you will have the main responsibility for updating the system with articles, orders and other information as needed from the Sales organization. You will co-ordinate and track shipments and provide sales services. In addition, other duties might include the following:
• Support the Sales organization in administrative tasks
• Assist in making travel arrangements and book/coordinate meetings with customers
• Attend Sales meetings and take minutes
• Assist with coordination of conferences and workshops
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
The work location is Malmoe.
Who are you?
You should have 3-5 years experience in order handling in a similar business including many product variants, preferably embedded products in the electronics industry. You need to have experience from managing articles and orders in an ERP system. You processed excellent English skills (written and verbal) since our Sales Team is located in different parts of the world. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
You need to have an eye for details and strive for excellence in your responsibilities.
Due to the fast-paced environment, you should have the ability to prioritize your duties. A good aptitude to structure and organize your work is mandatory.
