hela Sverige Circassia AB (former Aerocrine AB) is currently seeking a SALES ORDER COORDINATOR to Uppsala.
For Circassia and all Circassia Products:
Create and maintain an optimized and well-controlled Support and Customer Service function.
Ensure & Maintain Customer satisfaction and company reputation.
Actively strive towards improving department processes and routines.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
Create and execute sales quotes, sales orders, return orders and invoices in Navision.
Logging and archiving of customer communication and order handling in Navision, CCS and CRM.
Establish and maintain systems and procedures in Navision, CCS, MasterControl and CRM for sales, shipments, complaints and returns.
Delivery planning and follow up on delivery lead-time.
Report all deviations within SCS in CCS or to management.
Support other functions regarding quotations, sales orders and shipments.
All operation is performed in accordance with Circassia policies and processes.
Continuous improvement of the operation.
Govern activities in accordance to budget limitations.
Other Responsibilities of Role:
Execute sales orders in accordance with Circassia authorization manual,
Ensure archiving and maintenance of operation records.
Execute purchase orders in accordance with Circassia authorization manual.
Approve expenses in accordance with Circassia authorization manual.
Monitor inventory levels in dialogue with Director of technical operations.
Ensure that the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV complies to Company's reporting requirements.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role:
Minimum of three to five years of experience working in a field such as customer support and / or order management.
Experience also in archiving and maintenance of operation records.
Working knowledge of quotations, delivery planning and shipments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and accomplish project goals.
