We are now strengthening our Sales team. As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will be working as an intermediary between the Sales, Finance and Business Support Departments and close to the business in an international environment. Now is an excellent time to join and make your mark!
About the job
You will work collaboratively with the sales team on commercial quotes & order processing to ensure timely deal closure &reporting.
Support sales team with creating and finalizing appropriate sales documentation; Quotes, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Licenses & Software authorizations
You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the data quality in SalesForce.com together with Sales Managers.
You will advise and train SalesForce.com users in how to use the system, in new features and procedures, etc.
Initiate and work on process improvement ideas and projects
Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures
Work closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Finance Sales Engineering, and other Calabrio functional areas to support the sales team's success
Support other sales efforts as assigned
Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership
About you

You are very organized and solutions-oriented as well as service-minded. Your work reflects high integrity and professionalism
You have a post-secondary graduate education or university degree and at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably within an international and fast paced environment
You have a high command of both written and spoken English. Swedish and other Additional languages are a plus
You can communicate clearly &independently set expectations
You demonstrate the highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
Experience working in CRM systems and preferably SalesForce.com is highly advantageous.
Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly
Technology, software, or Cloud experience is valued
Understanding of financial processes (invoicing, revenue, accruals) is valued
