The Sales Operation Specialist role
In your role as Sales Operations Specialist, you'll have a key position within our Sales organisation based in both Stockholm and Boston and work closely with our Marketing team. You'll be responsible for evaluating and forecasting our lead generation as well as our sales performance. On top of that, you also analyse data extracted from our CRM to make recommendations on future actions and process improvements within sales to our leadership team.
To sum up, the Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for building and supporting scalable reporting systems within sales, which means you will become our Salesforce superuser and also be the go-to person for questions regarding our CRM. You'll report directly to the CRO. In short your tasks will be:
• Lead qualification and sales process definition
• Salesforce set up, Q&A and maintenance
• Lead projects for process improvement
• Define KPIs for our sales organisation
Who you are
To be successful in this role you need advanced data analysis skills and proficient in Excel and other analytics tools. Furthermore, you should have a strong commercial interest and understanding including marketing and sales. We also expect you to hold an academic certification.
As a person you are organised. You like when your processes and projects are well defined and broken down into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. You also like handling projects with many stakeholders and collaborating with others to achieve your goals.
