hela Sverige * Develop and implement the defined Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and report package in order secure the right tracking of the sales operations performance within HC&SDA EMEA areas of Demand Planning, Customer Service and central key accounts support
• Secure that the right supporting tools are suited and available for the above
• Improve current reporting tools and reports for more efficient usage
• Take an active role in S&OP/Business meetings highlighting business performance deviations
• Drive and lead development of BI reports and APO alerts and make sure they fulfil the need of HC&SDA
• Providing the right information and reports to the budget and the quarterly updates in line with the sector standards.
• Find and implement reporting best practices
• Highlight underperformance and initiate changes based on actual performance
• Communication and training of the relevant parts of the HC&SDA organization when it comes to KPI definitions and report usage.
• Be a speaking partner of HC&SDA towards other departments and sectors for sales operations reporting
Tech skills and soft Competencies
• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics - 1-3 years work experience within Sales Operations, Demand Flow, Logistics, Supply Chain
• Achievement motivation, self confidence and influence on others in order to achieve objectives within the agreed time frame
• Ability to work autonomously, to analyse financial relationships to communicate with management
• Knowledge and experience in SAP and financial systems - Strong business interest
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Experience from performing analysis and presenting conclusions
• Good communicator verbally and in writing
• A good team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge in Excel, Pivot and PowerPoint, MS Access
