Tasks and responsibilities:
The position as Sales Operations Manager offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of a group of passionate employees in an industry leading international company. You will be working with the sales leaders, the specific functions are to sponsor & govern adoption of core sales technologies e.g. CRM and Sales enablement tools. To be successful you like to collaborate with peers and functional stakeholders to guide, shape & enforce learning to uplift talent.
You will also work with the wider team to leverage pipeline, marketing campaigns & NPI to improve forecast accuracy to aid effective inventory planning. It is essential that you support the bid/quotes team and implement analytics to measure effectiveness. Furthermore, your part to support & accelerate transition to eCommerce (Order Centre & EDI) are important as well to active participate in design & deployment of our commercial offer (pricing, logistics etc.) & supporting compliance with agreed policies.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• University Degree or equivalent
• Proven leader with success in sales processes
• Strong IT literacy; data analysis; sales or sales leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with effective presentation skills
• Collaborative, strong interpersonal and convincing skills, obsessed with data and processes
