Description of duties:
Customer Service (Pre-Invoice); dealing directly with customers either on telephone, electronically or face to face etc, Customer-Service (Post-Invoice); build and maintain business relationship with customers, ensuring actions are processed promptly and accurately, Customers Service Activities; finance queries and incident management/resolution with finance etc, Order/Stock Management; Managing and requesting releasing of holds- VAT, Credit Rejection, Wrong Shipping codes, Margin holds, Promotion holds etc
Description of qualifications
Academic qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Associate Degree in Computer Science (IT)
Career and experience:
Operations Support at least 4 years, Operation- Purchasing Manager at least 4 years, Order management Specialists for Open NET Communication at least 3 years.
Experience required:
At least a few years of employment at Westcon Group as employed or as co-operation partner Operation support at least 3 years, Purchasing Manager and order management Specialists for open network.
Other terms:
Termination period in accordance to Employment Protection Act 30 days holiday.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Prohibition the first 6 month which can be transferred to permanent employment.
Publiceringsdatum2018-05-17ErsättningFixed salary 28.000 gross per month and bonus.
