We are expanding and therefore now welcoming another Sales Operations colleague to our headquarters in Malmö. As Sales Operations you will support our business activities and processes that help our operations to run effectively and efficiently. You will become an important member of a growing team in a company filled with committed, driven and highly professional colleagues from all corners of the world.
This is a full-time position and you report to Business Unit Manager.
Responsibilities include
This is a varied support role, where you will be in the middle of all the action, collaborating with all other departments within our company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Processing new sales leads.
• Registration and administration of requests and orders.
• Monitoring and updating our customers regarding orders and deliveries.
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Order Processing as well as other administrative tasks.

Other requirements:
• Some years of experience from a B2B sales environment will be strongly meritorious.
• You speak and write English on a high level. Polish language is meritorious.
• Your computer skills are above average, and you navigate smoothly in various program/systems like e.g., VISMA, other ERP systems and MS Office
