An opportunity has arisen within the Surgical Finance team as we are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Analyst.
This is an exciting opening for an ambitious and result oriented individual to be a central player in our Finance Surgical Team. The position reports to the Finance Director Sales Operations, Surgical Division and is located in Gothenburg.
In this position, the successful candidate will manage the overall data analysis and actions related to Sales Operations for Surgical. The job holder is responsible for a toolbox for effective data collection and analysis, resulting in comprehensive recommendations and early warnings in the P&L area with main focus on Net Sales, Gross Profit. The job holder will also be a part of our MBM process with focus on the demand side.

• Continuously develop and implement new tools making the analysis more effective, relevant and helpful.
• Continuously supply the Sales Operations and marketing organisation with relevant KPI's making it possible to compare different markets/countries/areas.
• Continuously come with recommendations for action.
• Continuously support the MBM team with relevant analysis in the demand area.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• University degree
• Minimum 3-5 years finance experience working in an international environment.
• Proven data analysis and communication skills.
• Exposure to both headquarter and local market operations.
• Strong drive to improve with a proactive approach
• Able to work independently
• Excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Cognos
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
