Today we are looking for someone to fill a gap in our Sales Department.
You will have a key role - managing customer contracts, supporting the Sales team in and the Finance team in key operational processes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and cross-functional collaboration - and who's ready to grow their career in sales operations.
Key responsibilities
Contract Management:
• Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle (creation, review, tracking, and renewal).
• Ensure all agreements are accurately recorded and compliant with company policies.
• Liaise with sales, legal, and finance to resolve contract-related issues.
Data Quality & CRM Administration:
• Maintain accurate and consistent sales and customer data in CRM systems (Dynamics, Hubspot).
• Monitor data integrity and drive improvements to ensure reliable reporting.
Finance & Revenue Support:
• Collaborate with the finance team on order processing, billing accuracy, revenue reporting.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities by providing required data and documentation.
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline validation to ensure alignment between sales and finance.
About you
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Dynamics, Hubspot or equivalent).
• Effective communicator and problem-solver who enjoys working crossfunctionally.
