In Europe, we currently provide end to end Customer Lifecycle Management services for a large Airline carrier. We have a team of over 200 associates that support this customer from multiple locations in Europe.
We are currently hiring to expand this team in our delivery site in Örnsköldsvik. You will work for the SAS account (Corporate support).
Requirements
• Fluency in spoken in Swedish and English
• Excellent communication skills, you know how to listen and have a desire to help
• Very comfortable working with computer
• Interested in the airline and travel business
• Can work full time
• Prefer to work in day shifts
