We have been leading the wireless transformation within the lighting industry and are now also enabling connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M. Responsibilities

LumenRadio sells a complete range of wireless control products for Entertainment Lightning based on the award-winning CRMX* platform, and customer unique products for wireless Building Automation. LumenRadio is looking for a sales & purchase assistant to act in the role of in-house salesperson in the Entertainment Lightning sector and purchase assistant in the Building Automation sector.

Role description

You will play an important role, actively developing long-term relationships and providing pre- and post-sales technical and administrative sales support to manufacturers, distributors and end users all over the world. You will also be tasked with both sales and purchase order administration, managing in- and outgoing shipments, procuring forecasts and tracking customer satisfaction and performance.

Experience

You have previous experience in developing long-term relationships with customers, preferably from technical B2B sales or similar. You possess a very good understanding of the sales/supply process from material acquisition to end customer. As you will be in daily contact with both national and international customers, suppliers and retailers, it is critical that you speak and write fluent English. It will be considered favorable if you have experience in the Entertainment industry or Building Automation sectors.

You are highly motivated and driven to achieve good results. You like to get involved and influence people and are naturally communicative. You are courageous, creative and like challenges. It is important that you are open minded, flexible and feel comfortable in an international environment working with people from different time zones, languages and cultures. You are structured and have a business and customer-oriented approach. You have a high work capacity and can deliver good results in a dynamic environment. You have a relevant university degree, or alternatively an IHM qualification or similar, and enjoy working in a technical environment that pushes the boundaries for wireless connectivity for a better world.
