Job description

We are a team with the aim to create one view throughout the supply-chain. An aim that connects us with big parts of the organization across the world. The S&Op and Trade Navigation team is based in Gothenburg. We also have a Market support group in Borås.
We now need to reinforce with an open-minded team-player, used to continuous improvements and with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment with tasks that may vary over time.
Main activities and responsibilites
• Analyze and consolidate market demand, capacity, program and inventory forecast
• Prepare presentations material for Demand/Supply reviews and Executive S&OP meeting as well as prepare and develop standardized S&OP KPI reports
• Contribute to the continuous development of the S&OP process and development of IT tools
• Manage and coordinate volume plan and master data in SAP/APO considering capacity constraints
• Take part in Trade Navigation
• Participate and drive S&OP and trade navigation related improvement projects
Is this you?
• University Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering or similar
• Knowledge, experience and strong interest in Commercial, Financial and Industrial processes and or trade barrier
• Ability to identify issues, suggest solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Very good analytical skills with a strong drive for continuous improvements
• Structured and process-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication and team work skills.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge in Excel (PowerBI and SAP a plus) with the aim of creating meaningful insights from data.
