Sales & Office Assistant
Job description:
Sales team support on customer relationships (customer orders and freight management, invoicing, limited order taking).
Marketing stock management (focal point for sales team regarding marketing material availability, ordering and delivery to customers)
General office housekeeping (office supplies and services handling, necessary support to Company management team).
Company inbound and outbound document flow handling.
Key position on keeping Company's customers happy through timely deliveries and communication as well as being valuable colleague for our office team.
Expectations to applicant:
Keen to learn and develop, fluent Swedish and English both spoken and written, knowledge of any additional language would be of benefit. Earlier experience from freight management & handling is welcome. Systematic thinking, planning and good communication skills are of essence.
Expectation on social skills:
Team player, prioritization of challenges is high on skills list. Good communication skills and experience.
