Sales & Marketing Trainee

Divio works with multiple cloud providers to deliver a platform that provides an optimised environment for agencies, enterprises and software developers across the world working with the Django web development framework. By using the Divio platform, developers can quickly build and run highly scalable applications with easy-to-use tools, project templates, passionate technical support and add-ons for popular website features.

We are looking for a new team member with a profound interest in the tech environment, curious, motivated and with very good interpersonal skills to join our Stockholm (SWE) based office as a

SALES & MARKETING TRAINEE

With our trainee program you'll experience multiple aspects of work in a client-facing role, and learn the key characteristics of working at Divio.

Your day-to-day work as a trainee will vary and you'll be involved in four main areas of work:

Sales/Marketing/Business Development: Supervised by the Head of Sales, you will work on a variety of tasks in client facing operations, assisting with sales, research, analysis, and lead generation/qualification management.

Daily Operations: Involvement in internal tasks within Sales, Marketing and Business Development, will allow you to gain an insight on the various aspects of the work in an international software company.

Training and meetings: Daily and weekly meetings, coupled with learning sessions on the job, will enable you to enhance essential sales, account management and other skills and to grow with our team.

Customer Relationship Management: Based on your experience, you will be able to work independently on leads allowing you to show your ability of establishing and cultivating customer relationships and to prove your entrepreneurial skills and drive.

• Education in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
• High degree of personal responsibility
• Basic experience in cultivating customer relationships, sales and/or securing marketing opportunities
• Strong interest in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to be confident, clear and engaging in communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• A structured approach to problem solving, the ability to keep track of many subjects at the same time and to work independently
• A highly motivated self-starter with a can-do spirit and a positive attitude that enjoys the challenge of turning no's into yes's
• Familiarity with Apple Macintosh computers and other technology products

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Sweden.
