We have an immediate opening for this position within our business in Bohus working on a global level.
Main tasks and responsibility:
Responsible for sales of bleaching chemicals in Asia Pacific following the AP strategy.
Accountable for short and long terms financial results.
Accurately forcast sales opportunities from a scope, timing and revenue perspective.
Scout potential mega-mill partners and drive introductions to MFU, BU and BA mgt
Drive and implement commercial excellence and continues improvement tools
Confirm customer segmentation results of Asia Strategy and implement segmentation policy to drive sales growth
Recommend technical support resources requirements based on customer needs following segmentation confirmation
Recommend organizational changes to handle growth of Asia business including most effient and effective customer solution
Provide key information to technology group for development of a Asian cost curve study
Ensure management information system/governance structure is in place and inform higher level on consolidated risks and opportunities.
Requirements
• University degree in science or business administration.
• Asia Pacific native.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Multi culturally understanding.
• Good understanding in pulp and paper business, to understand market trends and customer needs.
• Experience in sales and marketing of chemicals.
• Strong in communication.
• Negitiation skills

Full time position, permanent basis reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing Asia Pacific.
