You will be responsible for driving visitor numbers at Absolut Home - The Åhus Villa by creatively using all available channels to attract visitors both within the region as well as people visiting the region (both domestic and international).
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and deploy annual communication, sales and event plans targeting both local and international visitors
• Manage marketing, communication, sales and events budgets
• Develop media assets
• Own the overall sales plan
• Identify and create partnerships with relevant partners in the regions
• Partner with tour operators to ensure Absolut Home - The Åhus Villa is top of mind when groups are coming to the region
• Drive the visitor relationship program to ensure highest pre and post-visit experience
• Actively work to increase scores on guest review platforms and positive word of mouth
• Develop and run events, either on our own or with relevant partners
Requirements:
• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent (t ex. IHM)
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing/communications work experience, preferably from the hospitality, FMCG industry, or relevant agency.
• Proven ability work with multiple disciplines within the field (advertising, digital, PR, events, etc.) on a both planning and executional level
• Demonstrate creative thinking to problem solving, and a daring approach to trying new ways
• Project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Swedish and English
You demonstrate a can-do attitude, you are resourceful and display strong levels of respect and a good sense of humour. You are service oriented and enjoy dealing with the public. You are able to work independently and work well in a team.

Position based in Åhus, this is a full-time position with regular work from 9 -5. However, early morning, evening and weekend work will be required, as this is a tourist venue. Occasional travel for research and industry meetings may be required.
