You will be part of Motors & Generators in Västerås. We develop, produce and market motors and generators for a range of various utilization areas and with global clients. The service business within Motors & Generators is responsible for sales and supply of after sales products. We sell directly to our end customers but mainly via our local service centers based all over the globe.

The challenge: Currently the service business at Motors & Generators is expanding and we aim at dramatically increasing our volumes the coming years. As Sales & Marketing Manager you will be a driving force in our success and get excellent opportunities to develop our processes, as well as your own position. Your main tasks will be to lead your sales and marketing team in our aim of increasing the business, develop the sales process and build relations with our external and internal customers. Also pricing, budgeting, service agreements and participating in the global sales network within service will be tasks of yours. Since our customers are based all over the world you will get the chance to interact and meet clients from a range of different cultures and businesses.

The requirements: You are an experienced leader with a Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree of Science or with work experience that compensates for the above. Preferably you have worked within sales and service and with motors and generators. As part of global ABB you need, apart from Swedish, excellent skills in spoken and written English. You are a natural leader with a strong inner drive, service-mindedness and business orientation. Moreover, you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a social role.
