KPL Good Food Practice is located in Uppsala and act nationwide through partners. We have 6 full-time employees plus contracted personnel. If you are a curious person that are keen to grow and achieve, join us in this exciting and expansive phase of our company and help us to build the future!
We are looking for the right person to build our national and international sales organisation. You will:
• have full responsibility for the sales and marketing budget
• drive sales and marketing strategies forward
• set up and develop marketing plans
You will be responsible for our future sales organization. You will need to travel at least 1-2 days/week since close proximity to our clients is essential. Your contacts will be in the marketing and R&D departments of companies within the food industry. You will initially work together with our present Sales and Marketing Manager and gradually take over his responsibilities.
We believe that you have several years of experience from long-term and relationship-building sales within the life science area, e.g. food industry or CRO. You have relevant experience of building an international sales organisation. You are comfortable in the relations and business discussions with customers and partners from different areas. You have had formal responsibility of personnel.
You have a higher scientific degree, preferably a PhD within a relevant area. A MBA degree is highly qualifying for the position. You live within commuting distance from our office in Uppsala. You master both written and spoken Swedish and English. Knowledge of additional Central European languages is meriting.
