Dina arbetsuppgifterWe have an opening for a permanent position within the Sales & Marketing dept.
• Personal Care and Hair Styling.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Provide analysis and decision-support to Global Business team (GBT) on markets, customers, competitors.
• Translate the BU segment strategy and regional strategy into actionable tactics to implement and execute the strategy.
• Coordinate the sales processes by supervising and coaching the sales force.
• Prepare sales, CM and cost budgets.
• Control, analyse and report on the business development and take timely actions.
• Promote strong customer orientation through flexible and focused sales efforts and related services and support.
• Cooperate closely with the RD&I and Innovation Management as for product and business development and product strategy formulation.
• In cooperation with the Marketing Manager, implement marketing, promotional and channel repositioning programs.
• Cooperate with Supply chain organisation as for forecasting and supply and production prioritization.
• Promote effective and efficient structures and systems in alignment with the Sales Excellence Program.
• Create an environment and structure enabling staff to realize agreed results. Practice delegation agreements, coach personnel and assess performances.
• Ensure the maintenance of the margin and pricing policy by the sales force across customers and distributors in all regions.
Utbildning och erfarenhet• Master degree in Business or Science, MBA degree preferred. - 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Chemical process and business environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge within the surfactants and specialty chemicals area.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to all organizational levels, internally and externally. We highly value personal qualifications. Previous experience within the company is qualifying.
• As a part of our work for a drug free work environment, we perform drug test on all new employees.
• This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to Sales & Marketing Director, Personal care. The position is based in Stenungsund.
