We are now looking for a Sales & Logistic Coordinator to join our fast-growing team of highly passionate and dedicated professionals. We are an entrepreneurial company so you will be involved in a lot of different tasks, and we would like a proactive individual with a "can do attitude" that are used to take ownership and enjoy responsibility. In this role you will work both working operationally with sourcing against our factories and on the client side with our network of resellers.
Your main tasks will be:
Sales:
Plan and create mutual forecast together with our resellers and partners
Administer orders, invoices and reminders in Fortnox and our WMS (Ongoing)
Support the onboarding of new resellers with setting up correct product and logistic information
Support customers and the internal organization by answering questions on delivery status, article numbers and stock levels
Support sales organization with sales data analysis and market data analysis

Logistics:
Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
Continually review freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
Work proactively with streamlining shipping and transportation processes to have an efficient administration document handling needed for international trade
Be main contact towards our 3PL partner to administer all deliveries coming in and out of our warehouse

For the Sales and Logistics Coordinator role, we expect you to have:
3-5 years working experience within a similar role
A formal education within Supply Chain/ Buying/ Logistic or Finance
Experience in working with an ERP-system and a WMS
Have very sophisticated Excel-skills
an interest in technology and to develop and optimize work processes
You are fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Extra language is a plus.
