As Sales & Customer Support
Do you want to be part of an exciting scale-up company in a growing and dynamic environment? If so, you have found just the right place. As our Sales & Customer Support at Steamery, you will handle customer invoices and packing lists for distributors as well as be the main contact for our clients' freight forwarders. With your get-things-done attitude, you create documents for commissions and handle our portals - both internally and externally, and also take care of product registration. Furthermore, you will follow up on payments, handle invoices, and coordinate deliveries. You will even oversee the planning and inform the factories about our sales forecast and book freight that needs special handling. When clients want to return something, you are the first person who takes care of it. We are looking for...
you who are detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills and the ability to apply critical thinking to any given situation. You love working towards deadlines with several projects simultaneously because it gives you that satisfying feeling of marking something off your to-do list. With your excellent organizational and time management skills, you use your initiative to make customers happy. Most importantly, you are a positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment where personal growth and development are encouraged.
Our wishes:
• 5 years' experience from a similar role
• You have good knowledge of the supply chain
• Great Excel-skills
• Swedish and English
• Bachelor's degree
