To our site in Enköping, we are looking for two Sales Managers, one more experienced in International Sales and one Junior Sales person.
Key Accountabilities Both Positions
• The main objective is to increase revenue and profit through proactive marketing activities towards ship operators and end users, e.g. cement companies and mining companies.
• Identify potential customers; create marketing and action plans in co-operation with the Sales Director and other line offices concerned.
• Visit together with front line office representatives, customers to market products.
• Create tenders together with tendering engineers and determine commercial conditions towards the customer.
• Take part in seminars.
• Increase customer focus by working closely with the engineering- and contract management department.
Key Accountabilities Senior Position
• You are responsible for preparing monthly sales forecasts, preparing action plans, conducting SWOT and GAP analysis.
• Take an active part in developing communication towards global common sales.
• Sales Managers are responsible for sales budgets.
Key Accountabilities Junior Position
• You will be responsible for preparing monthly sales forecasts, market reports and preparing sales action plans.
• The Sales Manager shall develop an understanding of the company?s portfolio.
• The Sales Manager is responsible for his/her sales budget.
Position Requirements
Education
For both positions, you will preferably have a University Degree level in Business/Marketing with a leaning towards Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Experience
For the Senior position you will have approx. 3-5 years of experience of International Sales. For the Junior position you can be graduated recently and have shorter Sales experience.
Competencies
For both positions, you need to be customer focused and have a good understanding of business operations. You will also need excellent training, presentation and people skills. It is also important to have a dynamic approach in your way of working.
Additionally, you need to be fluent in written and spoken English, other languages is considered a bonus.
The Senior position will involve extensive International travelling and the Junior position will also involve some International travelling.
