The Sales Manager will be the main contact person for the Swedish market and be responsible for developing new business in Sweden. He or she will report to the country representative in Sweden and be in close contact with the client both in Sweden as well as the Head Office in Hamburg.
The position of Sales Manager -Sweden offers an excellent opportunity to build a career with a state-of-the-art wind turbine manufacturer, plus have a real impact on our client?s success within the Swedish market.
Candidate profile
Key accountabilities:
• Extend existing and create new customers relationships in a
targeted manner, both within private developers and larger
utilities
• Develop focused sales strategies for projects in Sweden
• Prepare quotations and oversee subsequent contractual
negotiations
• Help to define commercial and technical fundamentals of
contractual agreements, working in close collaboration with
respective departments
• Represent the Company at trade fairs and relevant business
events
• Monitor market and competitive environment
• Report directly to Head of Sales Sweden
• Manage execution and ensure compliance with defined sales
processes, and to advance the Company's position in Sweden
Experience & background:
• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
with a technical background
• Knowledge of plant engineering and project business at
international level, and knowledge from the wind industry
• Experience and proven track record in sales
• Solid understanding of products with a high degree of
technical complexity
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, preferably
complemented by knowledge of an additional language
• Conscientiousness, initiative and ability to assume
responsibility
• Structured approach to work, with a strong focus on innovation
and results
• Demonstrable communication skills, coupled with the ability
to adapt to various customer groups
• Well developed interpersonal skills
