webCRM A/S is among the leading CRM providers in Northern Europe. We are currently 20 employees and increase sales by nearly 100% annually. The company was established in 2005.
Our customers range from start-ups to companies with several thousand employees. We have customers in all industries covering international project sales, telemarketing service, consulting companies, membership systems, public organisations, retail, etc.
We deal exclusively with the development, sale and marketing of webCRM, which is a web based CRM system that is easy to implement and use and doesn?t include a range of features that is never used and only make the implementation and daily use more expensive and difficult that necessary.
The job
Your responsibility will be to develop webCRM's position in the Swedish market. The development includes expanding our market position and building an organisation. Until now webCRM in Sweden has been handled mainly by partners and we are now ready to establish our own organisation in Sweden. You will be responsible for the marketing and sales to leads from our website and other sources. You will also build a reseller and consultant network to help webCRM customers locally, when they require consulting services to implement and run their webCRM system.
The goal is that webCRM Sweden is a company with 3-5 people in about 1-2 years time.
Who are you?
You are a skilled salesperson with more than 5 years experience selling to B2B market and you have experience with sales and sales processes from a number of industries. You work independently, structured and focused, and you are able to maintain a good balance between sales and customer support. You can sell over the phone but also have experience selling projects to larger companies.
You are IT minded with a flair for the Office package - including Excel.
You will take on the required leadership and with ambitions to develop the organisation and manage resellers and partners such as ERP vendors in the Swedish market.
You will be part of an enthusiastic international team, but will short term be only yourself and work from home or from a managed office. This gives you high level of autonomy but also requires a high drive and solid discipline.
Your native language is Swedish, and you speak/write English fluently.

Your compensation will be fixed salary with an attractive bonus plan relating to the objectives and targets we mutually agree on.
