Are you an ambitious, motivated, and driven sales professional with experience managing a team within telemarketing?
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a group of team leaders
• Full budget responsibility
• Report ongoing sales results to upper management
• Responsible for the daily motivation and drive of up to 60 indirect sales reports
Qualifications:
• Strong background in sales
• Industry experience within telemarketing
• Fluent language skills in Swedish, English, and Spanish a big plus
• 5+ years of proven management experience
