Overview:Responsible for the account management of a group of and Scandinavia IAM customers & Benelux with the primary objective to achieve sales growth targets, account profitability and customer satisfaction. Dimensions:Territory: Scandinavia & Benelux Travel: Extensive (> 50%) Principle Accountabilities:· Develop and execute sales plans, budget, forecasts and opportunity identification in the markets. · Implement strategies and programs to grow sales through customers within assigned territory.· Active customer management; identify new accounts and consider closing others.· Gather and maintain market intelligence and competition knowledge, develop and implement strategies to counter such activities.· Build and strengthen customer relationships and loyalty. · Liaise technical departments within Meritor and the likes at customers, to implement parts service policy and generate documentation to satisfy all concerned. · Participate and execute customer, corporate or other presentation and events. · Liaise between the Accounts Receivable Department and the customers as needed. Corporate mindset Education / Experience · Significant Aftermarket industry experience, specifically for Commercial vehicles.· Proven sales record in IAM channel. · Good English. International exposure a plus. · High degree of flexibility, independency and mobility. · Self-motivated, convincing and strong personality. · Strong communication and organizational skills for extensive customer interaction. · Due to interaction levels and issues handles, strong interpersonal / negotiating skills.
