very important. Our office is located in the centre of Stockholm (Strömbron 38,
11130 Stockholm). Function profile DQ&A is in search for an
enthusiastic, client dedicated and professional Sales Manager for the office in
Stockholm. Your main target in this position is to achieve and establish a high
quality customer service relationship on a day to day base. As a
successful Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management and
upselling of Nordics clients according DQ&A's SLA's, you will generate new
business. Furthermore you will directly report to the Sales Director, you work
closely with marketing, product development and the ad operations department and
you will visit branch events in order to maintain and expand contacts in the
online market. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Essential
requirements As a professional Sales Manager you . Are strongly
customer and client orientated. . Are extremely proactive, organized,
detailed. . Are focused, able to comprehend and complete a large volume of
work quickly. . Have 3+ years of customer service/client service experience
in the (online) media business. . Have strong computer skills. . Have
excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Are able to succeed in
an international working environment so fluent speak and writing in English is
required. Additional requirements . Bachelor degree in sales or
marketing . Good sense of humor.
