Sales Manager Nordic, ASCO AB
Do you have a long experience in sales of industrial products? Do you have several years' experience of sales management? Do you have experience in Fluid Control/Power Market? Do you have the ability to motivate people and strengthen the team? Do you want to work within a global matrix organization? Then you might be the person ASCO is looking for!

ASCO is the worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of quality fluid control products and a part of Emerson. ASCO is searching for a Manager to the Nordic market. The office is located in Mölnlycke but travelling will be a part of this role. You will report to the Sales Director North Europe.

Consistent with company plans, policies and objectives, you will be responsible for profitable sales, growth, market penetration and customer needs. You will work in close cooperation with Site Director, Product Marketing and Operations. Ethics and value is important and you are a role model within this.

Your main responsibility will include:

• Direct and coordinate activities to promote the sale of Products and Solutions
• Manage directly Large and/or Strategic Accounts
• Coordinate, monitor and approve pricing and commercial negotiations with customers and distributors
• Propose and drive initiatives and plans in line with Global / Europe Strategy
• Direct and coordinate preparation of sales and business forecasts
• Report the Business on monthly basis
• Supervise Customer Service to ensure that customers and stakeholders experience Excellent Service
• Constantly monitor and assess the Customer Satisfaction level and efficiency of Organization; drive for continuous improvement: develop and monitor relevant KPIs and engage appropriate initiatives
• Develop direct personal contact with Target Accounts and routinely conducts Customer visits
• Provide feedback on emerging trends and opportunities to Marketing
• Assist Finance department in managing receivables
• Effective cost centre budgeting, including forecasting and planning of resources, to deliver service within budget
• Perform Sales and Customer Service administrative responsibilities develop the People and Organization, including training, coaching, salary administration, organization planning and performance reviews
• Responsible for sponsoring a pro-active Business Unit style and increasing Employee motivation.

Qualifications and experience:

Engineering Degree, MBA or other Sales/Marketing Experience

Minimum 10 Years' experience in sales environment for industrial products

Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience with proven track record

Experience in Fluid Control/Power Market

Broad based knowledge of sales planning, strategic sense

Solid presentation and computer skills

Excellent English and Swedish, both spoken and in writing is required and other Scandinavian language is a plus.

You have demonstrated leadership within a global organization and ability to motivate people, with proactive and high-energy style. The ability and interest to develop employees in a sales team. You provide a leadership to continuously improve a Customer-focused culture in the Company.

In addition, you have strong analytical and communication skills and is willing to work within a matrix organization with other ASCO Numatics people in the region and globally. You will report to Sales Director North Europe.
