Om jobbet On behalf of our client, Europe's leading provider of advanced enterprise web content management software, we seek a Sales Manager to act in the Nordic Countries to be based in Stockholm.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities will concentrate on achieving yearly sales targets by gaining new customers as well as identifying sales possibilities with existing customers, maintain relationships with our partners and actively participate in demonstration and presentations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire Nordic area. Your responsibilities are to:
Expand market share of the company through winning new customers and increase penetration of existing customers.
Focus on the business side of targeted organizations, identify business drivers and needs, and win key projects.
Position the company as a long-term strategic partner for our target organizations.
Organize and deliver product presentations for prospects and customers with the assistance of product specialists.
Achieve agreed sales targets, booking and margin goals as well as personal objectives
Further developing our market in a creative and entrepreneurial style. Identify opportunities and market needs for new solutions or expanding existing solutions.
You will work with larger companies within the finance, bank and telecom industry mostly.

Qualifications & Personality

§ University educational level

§ At least 5 years of relevant experience in direct sales of software technology, software development tools and/or application software to IT and business level decision-makers

§ Knowledge of and experience with the business context where our solutions are used is a must (marketing communications, e-commerce, e-business, internet)

§ Persuasive, results-orientated and practical, eager to open up new business opportunities and win business from the competition.

§ Relationship builder, diplomatic and capable of dealing with complex situations

§ Excellent command of Swedish, English both written and spoken

§ Able to travel about two days a week in the Nordics countries, mainly Sweden, Denmark and Norway - mostly day trips!
