Nordic Corporate Sales are looking for an experienced manager to take full P&L responsibility for the segment medium sized corporate in the Nordic region. The mission is to develop and adjust existing products and offers as well as securing an efficient sales process to increase the profitability in the segment.
Responsibilities
Profitability (full P&L) on a Nordic as well as country level in the segment. Fully responsible for the existing portfolio such as CSI, pricing, database quality. Lead local personnel, salesmen’s and administrators/database analysts. Responsible for sales of new quality assured electrical contracts to existing and new customers. Bears the responsibility for all own business support activities, such as delivery responsibility and data quality for each business transaction as per process description.
Qualifications
Nordic experience, running business in a geographic spread organization in different countries. Extensive experience from a successful P&L (profit and loss) responsibility over a business segment. An experienced manager with proven good leadership, regardless situation. Academic degree or similar in economics and/or marketing. Prior experience and knowledge of the SME segment (small and medium sized enterprises) is meritorious.
Right people are crucial for this position. Probably you have economic or marketing training after high school and has a number of years worked with marketing and sales with major knowledge in direct marketing and Telesales against company as a salesman or manager, where you led sales teams. Experience of leadership is highly valued. Additionally, you have fluent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
The position is located in Råcksta, Stockholm.
