Your tasks
You identify and acquire sales agencies and build strong, long-lasting partnerships
You take ownership of the whole sales process
You manage the win-win relationship with our agencies and help to answer all their queries
You help the agencies become a key part of our business based on quantitative analysis
You present partnership opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with FlixBus to external stakeholders
You support marketing activities, e.g. promotions and events
You coordinate internal, interdisciplinary departments and work closely together with the central Sales department in Berlin
You report to the Managing Director for the Nordics
Your Profile
Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales, ideally related to travel related companies or in the e-commerce field
High social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proactive, strong focus on achievement and an entrepreneurial drive
Motivation to change the mobility market in the Nordics
Fluent level Swedish and fluent in English. Danish or any other European language is a plus
