We are currently experiencing a rapid development and are looking for a Sales Manager/KAM to help us develop and expand our future sales strategy and sales operation. The position involves two main responsibilities: as a leader and manager lead and develop the company?s sales organisation together with new sales prospects.
The new position is included in the company?s management team, and as sales manager you will be reporting directly to the managing director, based on the following responsibilities:
• Leader/manager of our sales organisation which includes 5 sales representatives and 2 inside sales/support representatives based on clearly stated staff, target and monitoring responsibilities.
• Inspire and challenge our sales staff, thereby creating new opportunities to realize the sales visions and targets you set together.
• Initiate and follow up new customer contacts while at the same time prioritise business and concept development in close collaboration with our major existing customers.
• Contribute new competence and thinking concerning strategic sales and marketing issues within the management team.
We are looking for a driven businessman or woman
• who has some experience from B2B and B2C as well as documented experience from working with successful marketing concepts achieving good sales results, preferably as a Key Account Manager working with customers who demand a high degree of service and cooperation skills.
• who has documented good leadership skills and experience as a manager/leader of a successful sales organisation; and whose leadership is based on a clear vision and idea of how to put your vision into practise.
• who is not prestigious and willing to work on both the strategic and operative level.
• who is analytical and structured focusing on budget and follow-up responsibilities.
• who has entrepreneurial spirit and a natural sales drive and energy.
• who is genuinely interested in establishing and developing new internal as well as external relations, nationally as well as internationally.
• who has a suitable technical education, and experience from working within the construction and/or machine industry.
• who is prepared to travel.
