ETAL Group is a leading supplier of in-house developed inductive components, mainly transformers and inductors. Following the acquisition of Anaview in 2013 the range has been expanded to include high-end Class D amplifier for the audio industry. ETAL Group operates through local offices in Sweden, Estonia, UK, USA, China, India and Sri Lanka as well as distribution partners in another 20 countries. Production takes place in the company's own facilities in Estonia and Sri Lanka as well as through production partners in Asia.
ETAL Group is now searching for their new Sales Manager who wants to contribute by coach the team to new markets worldwide. ETAL offers a central position in a smaller company where you will be able to influence. The Sales Manager is a part of the company Management Team.
Dina arbetsuppgifterWorktasks
• Manage, coach and develop the sales team of 8 persons. Your sales team is working in Sweden, UK, India and USA.
• Business development and strategic sales planning
• Define and implement sales strategies and tactics
• Manage annual budgets and continually monitor progress
• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop the business and the relationship with current customers (about 10% of your time)
• Negotiations with customers
• Execute costumers' satisfaction survey and implement action based on the result
• ¨ Carry out marketing activities and update the company website
KvalifikationerEducation, experience and personal qualities
• Solid work experience of international B2B-sales of technical products or components.
• At least five of years' experience as a Sales Manager
• It is a plus if you have worked with electrical products
• It is a plus if you hold a technical academic education
• You're fluent in English. Swedish is a strong plus.
• Drivers license
As a person, you are motivated of coaching a team to reach their goals. As a Manager, you have the ability to motivate and inspire your team members. You have a strategic focus on the company results and aren't afraid to approach new markets. You like to work independently and have an inner drive to develop business relations. As a sales person, you are performance-oriented and are motivated by sales, results and business.

Start: Immediately with respect to notice period
Location: Work based from the office in Spånga, Stockholm. About 120 travel days per year.
Salary: Fixed salary by agreement
