Sales manager for Scandinavia

ü Identify the key brands within the territory and opportunity size with each for Bemis products
ü Identify the product approval process and articulate a plan to expedite Bemis product specification.
ü Develop strong relationship with key accounts within the territory
ü Succesfully introduce the company's products with aim of securing specification
ü Maximize Bemis sales and market share within the territory
ü Contribute to Bemis worldwide sales team success via strong give and take communication with Asian staff.
Essential requirements:
1. Working knowledge of the Scandinavian Outdoor clothing market (brands, contacts within the brands, etc)
2. Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
3. Familiarity with/success in solution selling.
4. Excellent written/verbal English language skills
5. Familiarity with CRM programs
Desirable requirements:
6. Experience in specification selling (fabrics, zippers, trims).
7. Technical proclivity (fabrics background a plus)
8. Ability to travel (up to 50%)
