About the job
We have a community of rock-star sales talents working across 3 teams, supported by Sales Operations and Pre-Sales. We are now transitioning from a successful start-up to a scale-up, and continue to grow our organisation and enable further market expansion. We need you to help us grow a part of our community, nurture our talents and navigate the rocky road of scaling up an organisation. We have big ambitions to grow the Service Provider sales team with a range of customer-facing roles and it is crucial that we set ourselves up organisationally to be able to support this expansion. Transactional revenue will be a major contributor to Minna's ongoing financial success and this role will be pivotal in ensuring we achieve our goals in this area.

Many of us at Minna have experience of stereotypical uninvolved, uncaring or outright command-and-control managers or from other companies, which is something that would never play with us. Here we're looking for someone that can work collaboratively, lead through influencing and genuinely wanting the best for everyone and from everyone.

You'll often work together with stakeholders from many parts of the business including Product, Marketing and Implementation, and we'll need you to facilitate this collaboration between teams. You'll be a catalyst in our wider Sales community and help elevate the effectiveness and quality of how we operate both internally and externally. In your previous roles we think people naturally sought your advice and gravitated towards following your lead, not because of your position but because your insights and advice were appreciated.

Some facets important to the Service Provider Sales Manager role
Instead of us trying to convey what the role entails, let us walk through some of the aspects that the role would be involved in:

• Coaching and mentoring- The team's talents are already great. But they welcome feedback, constructive learning and guidance as to how to approach challenges, blockages and new markets. You'll be experienced in this type of leadership and willing to construct training initiatives individually and with the group.

• Client focus- As Minna approaches new markets, you'll be preparing our launch strategy and expectation setting. You'll have conducted analysis and shared with the team and company, as well as spending time with current clients to make sure they are getting the best from their partnership with Minna.

• Recruiting- We're growing. The Service Provider commercial team requires a unique type of individual who can deal with fast pace, autonomy and initiative. You'll know how to spot one and be experienced in bringing them on board at the right pace, of course with excellent support from our Talent Acquisition Manager Lisa.

• Goal achieving- It is essential that you are focused on setting, forecasting and achieving goals, initiatives and targets, and can get the best out of your team in all these areas

• Collaborating- The Service Provider sales team sits within the Sales Community run by the VP of Sales, Ed. Through constructive discussion, you and Ed need to be aligned on approach and strategy!

• Communicating- Ultimately your team will not be successful unless their work is aligned to that of the rest of the organisation. That means proactive discussion across teams, early-stage advice about what projects are emerging and full contribution to Minna's product and strategic roadmaps.

• Sensitive to varied needs across sales, account manager and operational talents, and can create warm relationships with our people.

• Mentoring and inspiring client-facing individuals have been a thing you've enjoyed doing.
• Skilled at noticing patterns and behaviours.
• Experience from some role in or towards the service provider industry.
• Good communication and fluent in English. We're a multicultural company and Swedish is not a requirement in this job.
• Skilled at adapting your communication to the receiver - be it developers, product people or sales.
• As a person you consider yourself open-minded, prejudice-free, and embracing of change.
