After reorganization from having a product focused sales team to a business focused sales operation, Husqvarna is now looking for a new Sales Manager to develop and lead the sales force in Sweden. A strong focus for the Sales Manager will be to develop the team from a product focused perspective towards a business oriented sales methodology and attitude. The Sales Manager will have a strong emphasis on change management and implementing a new mind set in the sales team, making them work in the same direction. The Sales Manager will create, recommend, implement and review new sales processes and KPIs and be directly responsible for all the dealer sales activities for all the brands towards dealers in Sweden. The position leads and manages a country-based team consisting of 13 Sales representatives and 3 product instructors who all work from home office. The Sales Manager is part of the Swedish management team for Forrest & Garden Region II and travelling is a natural part of this job.
Key objectives:

Working with change management and further develop the sales team in Sweden from a product focus towards a more business focused sales methodology and mind set

Create new processes and KPIs to track and measure the sales progress for the new Dealer organization

Manage and develop the customer profitability on the Swedish market.

Translate the regional/local strategy into actions to fulfil business needs regarding sales and service.

Lead, Coach and develop the country-based dealer sales team and product instructors

Participate in field work with the sales team and represent the company towards the dealer channel in Sweden.

Have a clear understanding of the total business costs for decision making

Support the Country manager with sales analysis and planning to develop the local business to deliver the expected profitable growth for Husqvarna group

Work closely together with regional marketing team to ensure marketing activities according to business needs.

Active participation and contribution in the local management team.

Report financial figures and KPI's to Sales Operation Manager Sweden

We are looking for you with clear business acumen and qualified experience from leading a sales team within a large, business oriented company group. You have documented track record of working with sales and understanding of how to work with different brands and sales channels and understanding of how to drive a change management culture. We are looking for a non-prestigious high potential Dealer sales manager. University Degree is a plus.
