We are looking for Client Managers / Client Executives within skillset Industry

The Client Manager is responsible for the total client relationship and satisfaction with IBM key clients in GB and Public Sector.

Required skills and experience:
• Strong leadership skills to create a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary to happen.
• Drives sustainable IBM business growth enabled with both external and internal teaming and leadership skills and passion for the business.
• Understands the client's organization and culture. Develops and executes a relationship plan to address both IT and Line-of-Business organizations especially CxO relationships.
• Ability to leverage other IBM subject matter experts, executives, and thought-leaders as needed to provide value to the client.
• Understands government customer segment's trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry.
• Skilled in consultative selling and especially services sales with a deep understanding of the client's needs and IBM capabilities i.e. "The IBM Value proposition"
• Ability to lead the development of the high quality account plan and holds primary responsibility for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing client-valued solutions involving multiple brands and elements.
• Proven experience from delivering or selling services and/or industry knowledge are great benefits for the candidate.
