Job description:

The Chinese operation was launched more than 5 years ago and since then, we have built a solid foundation of satisfied customers and channel partners for their work force management solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• New customer acquisition
• Work as an advisor with the existing customers
• Ensure continued customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the sales budget in China and related KPI's
• Manage the Chinese sales team
• Global responsibility for partner management of strategic
• Chinese partner

Skills and experience:

The job requires entrepreneurship and engagement and your personal skills are of great importance.
We also expect:

• You have a minimum of 15 years of experience from documented and successful Business to Business solution-sales

• You are structured and analytical with regards to business planning, goal setting and evaluation of development

• You have thorough experience from both direct and indirect sales

• You have excellent listening and communication skills ? at all levels of an organization

• You are a strong team player

• You have a good multi-cultural understanding ? experience from working in China is a requirement

• You are fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken

The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden, but requires frequent traveling, primarily to China, but also to other parts of the world. For the right candidate there will be great opportunities for both personal and professional development.
