Sales Manager Central/West Europe

We are expanding
our market organisation and are now looking for a Sales Manager for
Central/West Europe. As Sales Manager for Central/West Europe you will be
responsible for sales and development within your market area, where Germany,
France, the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK are the main markets. As Sales
Manager you will report directly to Setra's Market and Business Development
Director and you will be part of the Market management group, together with
other sales managers, customer support managers, logistic manager and product
managers.

The role of
Sales Manager involves both working strategically with market development and
working close to customers and account managers within your market area, for
whom you will have HR responsibility. You will set targets both for the market
as a whole and broken down by account manager, and monitor these on the basis
of an adopted budget. As Sales Manager you have overall responsibility for both
customers and the product portfolio within your market area and will be
responsible for ensuring compliance with the current price guide.

One key task
is to work to achieve a closer integration between the sawmills and the sales
organisation and to work with skills development in order to ensure expertise
within your market area.

As a person
you are business-oriented and communicative with the ability to both create new
and nurture existing business relationships. You have an open and relaxed
management style and are driven to motivate and inspire your team to achieve
set sales targets. You have very good knowledge of the Central/West European timber
market and the ability to see development potential.

We assume
that you have good computer skills, experience of the Timberbase business
system is a merit. A Group B driving licence and familiarity with travel are
essential since travel is a natural part of this position. Good language skills
in English are essential and additional languages are an advantage. Location
can be discussed.
