The Cartonboard business area develops and sells high-quality board made from primary fibre to several segments, including luxury applications and consumer goods, which demand efficient, attractive and functional packaging. The business area also offers customers delivery service and application expertise solutions. We are now looking for a colleague who will look after our sales in the Nordic Region.

Key operational responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to maximise revenue and margins for the business segment Cartonboard and to be responsible for the business sales development within the business segment, products and markets.

This includes:

• Maximise revenue and margin generation by turning the business offer into sales
• Answer for and fulfil the sales budget for your customer portfolio according to strategy and business plan
• Responsible for the establishment of commercial  agreements with customers according to the company's policy
• Responsible for identifying and developing the customer base within the identified sales area
• Initiate, maintain and develop existing and new customer relations
• Identify prospects and develop new business
• Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years work experience of global B2B sales or from the paper- or converter industry. You are a good negotiator in high level commercial discussions and you are used to set and follow up targets. It is important that you have good product and technical knowledge of paper or flexible packaging industry. The person we are searching for has a commercial mind set and is flexible and driven. To succeed in this position you also need to be innovative, creative and have good communication skills. Frequent travel within the Nordic region and Europe will be required. We expect you to have a University degree or corresponding competence. You are fluent in English verbally and in writing.
