As Sales Manager
As our new Sales Manager, you can look forward to an exciting role with many development opportunities and a global network of customers! With your keen business sense and excellent strategic skills, you'll be a key player in building, improving, and supporting our sales department. Here you'll be responsible for developing our long-term sales processes, increase the sales effect, and report the information further to our CEO. With your passion for selling, you're happy to take on the day-to-day operational tasks and won't hesitate to pick up the phone and call our customers to brag about our stylish a-f electrical motorcycles either. Moreover, you will implement strategic business plans to boost sales productivity and pave the way for our sales team by improving and simplifying our strategic sales processes. We are looking for a...
a charismatic and social person with a gas tank full of energy who's ready to switch to the next gear and join us on our exciting journey ahead! We believe you're a natural-born leader with a strong international approach and a passion for selling. You are a driven strategic thinker who has worked with sales in different ways throughout your career and appreciate the challenges and changes that it brings. You continuously encourage your colleagues to find what motivates them and assist leadership to our sales team as smoothly as our customers drive our bikes along the road.
Our wishes:
• You have previously worked with sales towards global markets
• Meritorious if you have experience in Navision Dynamic, E-commerce and digital platforms
• Meritorious if you have previously worked in the automotive industry
• If you don't already have a motorcycle licence in your wallet, you are eager to get one! Swedish and English
