CHAIN-RAY AB is established as an independent company from the division of our mother company CHUNGHUA Group in Taiwan. We combine all the contact windows from our six factories into one. Additionally, we have the advantages of central purchasing, logistics, warehouse control, and other sourcing services for our customers. Today, CHAIN-RAY represents not only CHUNGHUA Group but also a network of partners with 34 years of cooperation. CHAIN-RAY is a cluster of valuable subcontractors and provides outsourcing services to our customers globally. Our main business is focused on Plastic injection, metal stamping and prototype and molding. As a result of our efforts, we donate part of our profit every month to local schools in Taiwan to support education.

As we are growing, we now will hire a SALES MANAGER to our Swedish office in Jönköping.
As a sales manager you will be in charge of developing business plans and strategies, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our other departments (in Taiwan) on lead generation.

To be successful as Sales Manager in Chain-Ray AB we require minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position and minimum of 3 years' experience in technical and mechanical products (Design work, Plastic and Metal). Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English and a must for this position as we are an international group with headquarter in Taiwan!

Job Description:
* Increase sales of the company's services. (Mainly mechanical design and manufacturing.) Set and meet sales targets quarterly and annually.
* Expand customer base of companies in the sectors of ICT, Industrial, Consumer, and Medical sectors in Sweden.
* Business development (client recruitment) approximately 80% will be made through cold calls /emails, exhibitions, references, and meetings in person. Design and implement recruitment strategies and methods.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships as well as grow existing business with current clients (approximately 20%) through regular emails, phone calls, and meetings, and visits to clients.
* Manage and resolve major issues that may occur in a timely and professional manner.
(Experience in project work is valuable)
* Write reports in a clear and concise manner. (Monthly leads reports and weekly project updates)
* Negotiate contracts and prices with clients.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical products such as plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal forming, and CNC machining is a plus!
