As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintain premium distribution of Air Con products through local and Nordic customers. You will have the full responsibility for the Air Con business in the Nordics and play a key role in developing and implementing the strategic business plan for your area of responsibility. You will in the position do thorough market analysis, hereunder conduct marked research on pricing, brands, specs, etc and review competitor's line up and specs.



You are responsible for your divisions P/L and should at any time secure your sales budget and healthy levels of trade spend and pricing in order to enhance overall customer profitability.



As Sales Manager you will lead a team of three people and take full responsibility of the actions related to leading and developing your team.



YOUR BACKGROUND

Minimum 5 years working experience within Sales.
Experience in driving and developing B2C & B2B business on at strategic level
A good understanding for channels and a broad experience of this field
Preferable management experience
Good insight in and understanding off consumer behaviors
Proven track record in ability to generate business
Experience from working in international companies is preferred
Industry knowledge
