As Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring OI for FlexLink's Nordic Operating Unit according to defined OI Targets, and you will report to the General Manager, Nordic. A World-class sales organization is being developed through implementation of new Sales processes, as well as improvement of existing ones. You will have full autonomy in regard to developing a sustainable strategy in line with the growth goals set for the unit. Your location will be our Global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main activities and responsibilities
Responsible for the overall Nordic Unit's Order Intake
Develop and implement the Sales strategy and sales plan to meet budget targets (profitable OI growth)
Develop and implement the strategy to introduce New products on the market
Develop the OI budget together with various stakeholders
Implement ways of working towards strategic selling
Ensure the proper quality of all offers and quotes submitted to customers (internal and external)
Develop, implement and follow up proper PI and KPI relevant for the Nordic Unit in order to increase Hit Rate and Deliver OI according to budget
Change and improve customer focus
Develop competences of the Sales force by Coaching and leading Sales colleagues

Who are you?
At least five years' experience of complex sales within an industrial sales organization, achieving outstanding results
Proven track record of sales management within high quality organization(s)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience in project-based sales
Managerial experience is preferred
Strategic thinking
Leadership, Change management and Intercultural awareness
