* Identifying and maximising new business opportunities within the Nordic market
• Establishing and signing up new business
• Developing a sound understanding of- and the key players within the customer organisation
• Working closely together with international colleagues to implement international prospective customers
• Driving effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
• Participating in the development of an effective market exploitation strategy within the Nordics
• Collaborating with the Product Management and Customer Service teams, keeping them informed on the pertinent facts and needs of various customers
• The role is home-office based (preferably Sweden or Denmark for the right candidate) and requires extensive national- and some international travel.

As a commercially driven individual with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed, you will demonstrate the ability to identify and develop new and creative channels for revenue generation and obtaining new business. With exceptional communication skills, you will be able to present complex information confidently and credibly to a wide range of audiences. Persuasive and influential by nature you will be a highly effective negotiator, able to 'think on your feet' and demonstrating diplomacy and tact. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills ensure you are able to build trusted and collaborative relationships at all levels, and with exceptional organisational skills you will work effectively and within time constraints to meet deadlines and achieve results. A high level of corporate awareness, cultural and social sensitivity and the ability to engage with a diverse culturally diverse population will round your profile.
